Product Details

Heating appliances need accurate temperature control to reduce overheating risks and support stable operation. The Meter Star KSD302 is a normally closed bimetallic snap disc thermostat that stays closed during normal operation and opens when the temperature rises above its fixed 180°C/356°F set point.

This thermostat temperature control switch is rated 16A at 250V AC and uses a KSD302 fixed-ring, curved-leg design for stable mounting. Each unit has compact metal and plastic construction, a net weight of 5g, and a listed insulation resistance of 50 MΩ for electrical isolation.

For proper temperature sensing, install the metal cover in full contact with the target surface. Thermal conductive paste or grease can be used to improve heat transfer, and the cover should not be deformed during installation.

Designed for maintenance, replacement, and DIY repair projects in compatible electric heating equipment.
