Payment, Taxes and Duties

Payment provider: Online checkout currently uses PayPal or other configured payment providers. Payment provider approval does not guarantee final fulfillment until order and stock checks are complete.

Currency: Product prices may be displayed in enabled store currencies including USD, CAD, GBP and EUR. Exchange rates may change over time.

Price and stock corrections: If a price, currency conversion, coupon, shipping fee or stock status is incorrect because of system, currency or human error, we may correct, cancel or refund the order.

VAT: VAT may be calculated for European destinations according to the shipping country selected at checkout. VAT rates and tax treatment may change based on laws and system configuration.

Import duties and customs: Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, brokerage fees, local taxes, permits and product compliance in the destination country unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Invoice information: Customers may provide invoice name, buyer tax ID or VAT number and invoice email during checkout. Incorrect invoice information may not be correctable after order processing.

Fraud review: We may review, hold, cancel or refund orders that appear fraudulent, high-risk, incomplete, inconsistent with payment information or restricted by destination.
