Supported Countries and Regions

General rule: Checkout is available only for destinations shown in the shipping country selector. If a country or region is not shown, it is not currently supported for online ordering.

Supported destinations: We currently support online shipping to the United States, Canada, Mexico, the United Kingdom, Ireland, major European countries, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, subject to carrier service and product restrictions.

Unsupported destinations: We currently do not ship to mainland China, India or African countries. Orders using unsupported destinations may be cancelled and refunded.

Carrier and product restrictions: Some products may be unavailable for certain destinations because of logistics, customs, safety, gas appliance, electrical, import or sanctions restrictions.

Currency display: Supported store currencies are USD, CAD, GBP and EUR when enabled in website settings. Canada may use CAD, the United Kingdom may use GBP, European countries may use EUR, and other regions default to USD when a local supported currency is unavailable.

VAT and taxes: VAT may be calculated for supported European destinations according to the checkout country. Other import duties, customs fees, brokerage fees and local taxes remain the customer responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Address accuracy: Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, phone number, postal code and tax or invoice information when required. Incorrect address information may delay or prevent delivery.

Changes: Supported regions may change because of carrier availability, legal compliance, payment risk, sanctions, force majeure or internal business decisions.
