Warranty, returns and support information for METER STAR replacement parts and accessories.
Compatibility: Please check product model, item number, size and compatibility information before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase with photos, measurements and model details.
Damage, incorrect items or missing items: Contact us with order number, clear photos and package information within 7 days after delivery. We will verify the issue and provide replacement, refund or other practical support when applicable.
Returns: Returned products should be unused, complete and in resalable condition unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product issue. Return shipping instructions must be confirmed by email before sending goods back.
Installation and safety: Installation work should be performed by qualified personnel when the product involves gas, heat, electrical or safety-related use. Customers are responsible for safe installation and lawful use of purchased parts.
Limitations: Normal wear, misuse, modification, improper installation, incompatible use and damage caused by external factors are not covered unless applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
