Shipping Policy

Order processing: Most in-stock retail orders are prepared within 1 business day after payment is confirmed. Processing may take longer for address verification, stock confirmation, combined shipments or wholesale requests.

Delivery time: Standard international delivery usually takes 10-30 business days depending on destination, carrier service, customs processing and local delivery conditions. Express delivery normally takes 3-7 business days when selected at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Shipping charges: Standard shipping is charged only below the configured order amount threshold. Express shipping is calculated by order weight and shown at checkout. For wholesale or combined shipment questions, email aaron@meterstargear.com.

Restricted destinations: We currently do not ship to China, India or African countries. Orders using unsupported delivery destinations may be cancelled and refunded.

Customs and import duties: Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and local compliance requirements unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Tracking and delivery issues: Tracking information will be provided when available. Contact us promptly if a package appears lost, damaged or incorrectly delivered.
