Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for lawful and safe use of the METER STAR website, customer accounts, checkout and support channels.
Permitted use: You may use this website to browse products, request support, create an account, place lawful orders and communicate with METER STAR about products and orders.
Prohibited activity: You may not attempt unauthorized access, probe or attack systems, bypass security controls, upload malicious files, scrape at unreasonable volume, interfere with service operation or misuse checkout and coupon functions.
Fraud and abuse: Fraudulent orders, false identity information, payment abuse, chargeback abuse, resale misrepresentation, sanctions evasion and attempts to ship to unsupported destinations may lead to order cancellation, account suspension or reporting to relevant service providers.
Content and communications: You may not send unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, spam, malware, phishing or harmful content through website forms, email, uploaded files or support requests.
Automation: Automated access is allowed only for normal search engine indexing and reasonable compatibility with public website pages. Automated purchasing, credential attacks, inventory scraping or high-volume requests are prohibited without written permission.
Security reporting: If you discover a security issue, contact aaron@meterstargear.com and do not exploit, disclose, alter or remove data.
Enforcement: We may limit, suspend or terminate access, reject orders, reset credentials, remove content or take other practical action when this policy is violated or when required for security, legal compliance or service protection.
