Account Registration Agreement
Account registration rules for customers using the METER STAR website.
Agreement: By registering an account, you agree to this Account Registration Agreement, the Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and checkout notices shown on the website.
Accurate registration information: You must provide accurate email, contact, shipping, billing, tax and invoice information when required. You are responsible for keeping account information current.
Account security: You are responsible for protecting your password and account access. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
Permitted use: Accounts may be used only for lawful product browsing, ordering, quotation communication and after-sales support. Automated abuse, unauthorized access attempts, malicious uploads and fraudulent activity are prohibited.
Orders and communication: We may use your registered contact information to confirm orders, shipping, invoices, compatibility questions, policy notices and after-sales issues related to your account.
Privacy: Personal information connected with registration and orders is handled according to the Privacy Policy. Payment information is processed by configured payment providers such as PayPal.
Suspension or termination: We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, malicious activity, policy violations, unsupported destinations or legal compliance concerns.
