Meter Star 35+5 MFD Dual Run Capacitor 370/440V AC CBB65B Round HVAC Capacitor for AC Condenser and Fan Motor

When an air conditioner condenser, heat pump or AC motor system requires a matching run capacitor, the correct microfarad rating, voltage rating, terminal layout and physical size are important for replacement. The Meter Star CBB65B dual run capacitor integrates 35μF for the compressor and 5μF for the fan motor in one round unit.

This capacitor is rated for 370/440V AC, 50/60Hz, with a capacitance tolerance of ±6%. The 440V rating can be used as a replacement for 370V systems when the microfarad rating, terminal configuration and physical fit match the original part requirements.

Designed for motor starting and running applications, it fits use cases such as central air conditioners, condensers, heat pumps, straight cool systems and related AC motor run applications. The round body measures 50mm diameter x 100mm height, or 1.97 x 3.94 inches.

The capacitor uses a metallized polypropylene film dielectric inside a metal-clad construction and is specified for operation from -40°C to +70°C, or -104°F to 158°F. Product specifications also state a 10,000 AFC safety rating with anti-explosion design.

Terminal markings support straightforward identification during replacement: Herm or H for compressor, Fan or F for fan motor, and C for common. Always compare the original capacitor’s capacitance, voltage rating, terminal layout and size before purchase and installation.
