Product Details

When a heating appliance, repair job, or control project needs temperature-activated switching, a snap disc thermostat helps manage circuit operation at a defined temperature point. This Meter Star KSD301 thermostat is a normally open temperature control switch designed to close the circuit when the monitored temperature exceeds 95°C/203°F.

The switch is rated 10A at 250V and uses a snap-action mechanism for quick contact operation. It features a metal sensing cover, plastic base, flat leg movable ring design, and compact lightweight construction at 5g per unit. The listed circuit insulation resistance is 50 MΩ.

Use this thermostat in suitable electrical heating applications such as water heaters, coffee makers, dryers, small industrial equipment, and other temperature control or thermal protection projects where the specifications match the repair requirement. For improved sensing accuracy, apply thermal conductive paste between the thermostat metal surface and the monitored device during installation.
