This Meter Star KSD301 thermostat temperature control switch uses a snap disc bimetal mechanism that remains normally closed under regular conditions and opens the circuit at 75°C/167°F.

Rated at 10A/250V, this fixed-temperature thermostat switch is suitable for many electric heating applications that require automatic temperature control or cutoff function. Common uses include water heaters, coffee makers, dryers, microwave ovens, food warmers, and other electric heating equipment.

The compact KSD301 switch features a metal sensing cover, plastic body, and flat-leg movable ring terminals for wiring connection. For accurate sensing, install the metal surface firmly against the monitored area and apply thermal conductive paste to improve heat transfer. Do not deform the sensing cover during installation.
