The Meter Star KSD302 thermostat switch uses a snap-action bimetallic disc that opens the circuit when the metal sensing head reaches the preset 155°C/311°F temperature point.

This normally closed temperature control switch keeps the circuit closed during normal operation and automatically opens at the set temperature. After the sensed temperature drops below the threshold, the switch resets automatically. It is rated 16A at 250V AC for use with a range of electrical heating appliances and equipment.

The switch is built with a metal sensing head and a plastic housing for thermal response and electrical insulation. Its fixed ring curved-leg KSD302 design supports stable mounting and consistent contact with the heated surface.
