Product Details

A failing pilot assembly can lead to weak or intermittent flames, a pilot that will not stay lit, or a gas fireplace that does not heat properly. This Meter Star natural gas pilot burner assembly provides a practical replacement solution for compatible standing pilot fireplace systems.

Designed for compatible Heatilator, Heat-N-Glo, and select fireplace models, this assembly replaces part numbers 4021-732, 25660, SRV4021-732, 25174, and SRV25174. It is also compatible with HHT pilot models R5143 and SRV446-510A.

The kit includes the common components needed for pilot assembly service: pilot burner, thermopile, thermocouple, spark igniter, pilot tubing, mounting bracket, and orifices. The assembly is preset for natural gas standing pilot systems and includes an LP conversion orifice.

Each unit is factory tested for gas leak integrity, ignition spark performance, and proper thermopile voltage output for 750mV systems. The integrated thermopile and thermocouple support standard standing pilot operation in compatible gas fireplace applications.
