A weak pilot flame, worn pilot burner, or failed thermocouple can stop a gas furnace, water heater, or compatible boiler from lighting properly or staying lit. The Meter Star Q314A4586 Pilot Burner & Thermocouple Kit provides a replacement solution for supported Natural Gas and Liquid Propane systems.

This kit is designed for both NG and LP setups and includes LPG and NG nozzles for fuel type conversion. It is a direct replacement for Honeywell pilot models Q314A6102/U, Q314-1, and Q314AKB, and is compatible with systems using the Honeywell VR8300A4516 continuous pilot gas control valve.

The package includes a pilot burner assembly and a universal 36-inch thermocouple. The thermocouple has a standard 11/32"-32 UNS thread and provides a 30 mV output to support gas valve operation when pilot flame is detected. A 1/4" compression fitting is included for the gas line connection.

Use this pilot burner and thermocouple kit for compatible furnaces, residential and commercial water heaters, and select Hydrotherm boiler models including R-180C, R-210C, R-250C, R-300B, and EW-45 through EW-165 series.
