Meter Star Universal Grill Igniter Kit, 4-Outlet AA Battery Spark Ignition for 28 Inch 2-Burner Griddle

A weak, inconsistent, or non-sparking griddle ignition system can make outdoor cooking harder to start and less convenient. The Meter Star Universal Grill Igniter Kit provides a practical replacement solution for compatible 28 inch griddle cooking stations, especially 2-burner setups with hood or hard cover configurations.

The kit uses a 4-outlet AA battery-powered spark generator to deliver spark output through four ceramic ignition pins. Ignition pin wires range from 7 to 12 inches, helping installers route wires and position spark tips for different burner layouts. The chrome-coated push-button switch provides responsive operation and fits a standard 7/8 inch, 22 mm mounting hole on compatible griddle panels.

Built for outdoor cooking environments, the components are corrosion resistant and designed to operate across a temperature range of -4°F to 185°F, -20°C to 85°C. The igniter is rated for more than 30,000 activation cycles, making it suitable for frequent griddle use.

The complete replacement kit includes the spark generator, button cover, and ignition pins. Requires 2 AA batteries, not included. Before purchase, check your existing mounting hole size, burner layout, and ignition wire routing to confirm fit.
