Meter Star 1/2 Inch Straight Gas Shut-Off Valve Kit, Quarter Turn Brass Valve with Chrome Flange for NG LP Fire Pits

Fire pits, outdoor heaters and similar gas appliances need an accessible shut-off point for routine operation, maintenance and seasonal service. The Meter Star straight quarter-turn gas shut-off valve kit installs in line with existing gas piping to help control gas flow in natural gas or liquid propane setups.

The valve features 1/2 inch female NPT threads on both the inlet and outlet for use with common gas line configurations. Two included 3/8 inch male flare to 1/2 inch NPT adapters support connection to flexible gas appliance lines used in many fire pit burner installations.

The quarter-turn ball valve design allows gas flow to be started or stopped with a simple turn. Recommended for appliances with capacity up to 90,000 BTU, this kit is suitable for residential fire pits, patio heaters and other compatible gas-powered fixtures.

A brass valve body and chrome-plated flange make the kit a practical installation or replacement component where a straight valve layout is required. Use it for NG and LP fire pit systems, outdoor heaters and related gas appliance gas control applications.
