This Meter Star KSD301 snap disc thermostat is normally open and closes the circuit when the temperature rises above the 55°C/131°F set point, supporting temperature control and protection functions in compatible equipment.

The thermostat uses a bimetal snap-action disc mechanism with a metal sensing cover and plastic base. It is rated 10A at 250V and has a lightweight 5g design. The flat leg movable ring style supports secure mounting on suitable surfaces in compatible devices.
