Electric heating equipment requires reliable temperature cutoff control to support stable operation and help reduce overheating risk. The Meter Star KSD302 thermostat temperature control switch uses a snap-action bimetallic disc that opens the normally closed circuit when the preset 190°C/374°F temperature point is reached.

This KSD302 thermostat switch is rated 16A at 250V AC and is suitable for applications such as water heaters, coffee makers, sandwich toasters, dryers, disinfection cabinets, and other electric heating devices. The metal sensing cover and high-temperature plastic housing support use in demanding thermal environments, while the curved leg fixed ring design helps provide stable mounting.

The quick-response snap disc mechanism supports precise temperature control with minimal hysteresis. Installation uses a simple two-wire connection. For improved thermal conductivity, apply a thin layer of thermal conductive paste or thermal grease between the metal cap and the target surface, and avoid deforming the sensing cap during installation to help maintain consistent operation.
