Appliances and heating circuits often need a reliable temperature-triggered switch to start or control operation at a set point. The Meter Star KSD301 thermostat temperature control switch is a normally open snap disc device that closes the circuit when the sensed temperature exceeds 75°C/167°F.

This thermostat switch is rated 250V 10A and is designed for low to medium-power appliance and heating control circuits. Its metal and plastic construction, 5g net weight, and KSD301 flat-leg movable ring design support practical integration and mounting on controlled surfaces.

Use this temperature control switch for compatible equipment such as water heaters, water dispensers, sandwich toasters, electric coffee pots, dryers, glue laminators, and small industrial equipment. The 50 MΩ circuit resistance supports stable electrical performance with minimal leakage current.

For accurate contact temperature sensing, install the metal cover in full contact with the appliance surface. Thermal conductive silicone grease is recommended to improve heat transfer, and the cover should not be deformed during installation. Always verify the device voltage, current, thermostat type, and required temperature setting before replacement or installation.
