Overheating can affect the safety and operating performance of electric heating appliances. The Meter Star KSD302 thermostat temperature control switch helps manage heat by keeping the circuit closed during normal operation and opening when the set temperature of 80°C/176°F is reached.

This normally closed snap disc thermostat is rated 16A at 250V and uses a bimetallic snap-action mechanism for quick response. Its compact metal and plastic construction weighs about 5g per unit, making it suitable for integration into compatible appliances and equipment where the electrical and temperature specifications match the original part.

Use this KSD302 temperature switch for repair, maintenance, replacement, or project builds involving water heaters, coffee makers, dryers, disinfection cabinets, and other electric heating applications. The curved leg fixed ring supports secure mounting during installation.

For accurate temperature sensing, install the metal cover in full contact with the target surface and use thermal conductive compound as specified in the source instructions. Avoid deforming the sensing cover during installation.
