Heating appliances and control projects often require a compact switch that activates a circuit only after a defined temperature is reached. The Meter Star KSD301 snap disc thermostat is a normally open temperature control switch that stays open under normal conditions and closes the circuit when the sensed temperature exceeds 90°C/194°F.

Rated 10A at 250V, this thermostat can be used in compatible electrical heating applications where the project specifications match. Common use scenarios include water heaters, coffee makers, dryers, HVAC equipment, water dispensers, coffee pots, space heaters, and other domestic or commercial heating equipment.

Each unit features a metal sensing cover, plastic body, and KSD301 flat leg movable ring design for flexible, stable mounting. For accurate temperature sensing, apply thermal conductive paste between the metal cover and the installation surface during installation. This pack includes 5 identical thermostats for multiple repairs, replacements, OEM manufacturing, or DIY temperature control projects.
