The Meter Star KSD302 temperature control switch is a snap-action thermostat with a 95°C/203°F trip point and a 16A 250V electrical rating. It is designed for thermal control and cutoff functions in applications such as water heaters, coffee makers, food warmers, water dispensers, heating elements, and small industrial equipment.

The metal sensing disc and housing support responsive heat transfer when the thermostat is mounted directly to the monitored surface. For accurate sensing, the metal cover should be firmly attached to the controlled surface; thermal conductive grease may be used where appropriate for improved contact.
