When an appliance or heating system needs automatic circuit switching at a set temperature, a snap disc thermostat provides a compact control solution. This Meter Star KSD301 thermostat switch is normally open and closes the circuit when the sensed temperature rises above 40°C/104°F.

The switch is rated 10A at 250V and is built with a metal sensing cover and plastic housing. Its KSD301 flat leg movable ring design is intended for contact-style installation on suitable monitored surfaces.

For accurate temperature sensing, install the metal cover in direct contact with the surface being monitored. Thermal conductive paste is recommended to improve heat transfer, and the metal cover should not be deformed during installation.

This pack includes 5 identical thermostat temperature control switches for multiple replacements, repairs, or project builds.
