This Meter Star LP/NG pilot burner assembly is designed as a replacement kit for compatible commercial frying equipment using the Robertshaw 700-506 gas valve.

The assembly includes a pilot burner with a 36 inch thermopile tested to deliver output exceeding 750mV. It comes pre-installed with an LP propane orifice and includes a natural gas jet, allowing the kit to be configured for either fuel type when servicing matching gas appliance systems.

A 1/4 inch compression fitting with olive and nuts is included for connection to standard gas tubing. Gas tubing is not included. If the gas valve does not open during diagnostics, thermopile output can be checked directly with a multimeter.
