Meter Star No-Weld Copper Pipe Connector, 1/4 in and 3/8 in Double Flare Nut Coupler for HVAC AC Refrigerant Lines

Copper tubing repairs, line extensions, and retrofit work can be difficult when welding equipment is not available or when a faster field installation is needed. The Meter Star no-weld copper pipe connector helps simplify copper pipe connections for AC refrigerant lines, mini-split systems, refrigeration equipment, and other fluid or gas applications that require a secure copper connection.

The kit uses 100% pure copper fittings with corrosion-resistant flare nuts and solid brass fittings. Its double flare nut coupler and double-joint connector design helps create a vibration-resistant compression connection for extending lines, bridging sections, or making one-to-two pipe splits without welding.

This connector is compatible with 1/4 in and 3/8 in O.D. copper tubing. Measure the outer diameter of your existing copper pipe, match the connector to the required line size, and tighten with a standard wrench. Many AC systems use two tube diameters, so measure both lines before ordering the needed connector sizes.
