Meter Star 80477 Grill Valve and Regulator Assembly for Q100 Q120 Series Gas Grills, Replaces 396001 386001 386002

A worn or faulty grill valve regulator can lead to unstable flame, poor heat control, or difficulty bringing a gas grill back to normal outdoor cooking performance. The Meter Star 80477 valve and regulator assembly is designed as a replacement for Q100 and Q120 series gas grills made from 2004 to 2013, and matches replacement part numbers 396001, 386001, 386002, 516002, and 516501.

This gas grill regulator assembly combines the gas valve and pressure regulator in one unit for convenient repair and maintenance. The integrated stabilizer mounting bracket helps support a secure, stable connection during installation and use.

Engineered for precise gas flow control, this replacement grill part is designed to deliver a consistent 3/4 inch to 1 inch blue flame on high heat for more even cooking performance. The component uses electrophoretic coating technology for rust resistance and a durable finished appearance.

Use this valve and regulator assembly to restore compatible gas grills, or with supported propane outdoor appliances such as heaters, smokers, camp stoves, lanterns, tabletop grills, fire pit tables, and turkey fryers when the specifications and connection requirements match. Always confirm model year, part number, and connection fit before installation.
