A worn, weak or unstable pilot burner can interfere with reliable ignition, flame stability and gas valve operation in compatible heating appliances. This Meter Star pilot burner assembly provides a direct replacement option for Robertshaw 1820-009 and PG9A42JT pilot systems used with PG9 series gas pilot burners.

The assembly supports both Natural Gas and Liquid Propane applications. It comes with an NG orifice installed and includes an LP orifice for field conversion when the appliance setup requires it. The integrated 1950-532 thermopile is designed to generate 750mV+ output for gas control valve operation.

For installation, the kit includes a 32 inch lead and mounting hardware, including 1/4 inch gas tube entry nuts. It is intended for compatible furnaces, boilers and gas heaters in residential and light commercial HVAC repair applications where the listed pilot system references match the appliance requirements.
