Gas appliance installation can be slowed down when the connector, shut-off valve, or fitting sizes do not match the appliance or gas supply line. This Meter Star gas appliance hook up kit brings key connection parts together in one package to help simplify common heater, stove, fireplace, and gas log installations.

The kit includes a 22-inch flexible gas connector made from 304 stainless steel with 1/2-inch ID, 3/8-inch OD, and 1/2-inch female flare threads on both ends. Its flexible design helps with routing in tight appliance spaces, while the stainless steel construction provides corrosion resistance and strength for typical gas line use.

To help address common fitting mismatch needs, the kit includes three conversion couplings: 1/2-inch male flare to 1/2-inch MIP, 1/2-inch male flare to 3/8-inch MIP, and 1/2-inch male flare to 3/8-inch female NPT. The included 1/2-inch brass gas ball valve allows on/off gas control at the appliance connection point.

PTFE thread sealing tape is included for use on threaded fittings during installation. This CSA certified gas connector kit is suitable for supported applications such as garage heaters, gas stoves, wall-mounted heaters, gas fireplaces, and gas logs.
