The Meter Star PP10084 manual reset high limit thermostat switch is a replacement fryer limit control for compatible Pitco gas deep fryers. The fixed 450°F (230°C) SPST switch opens the circuit when the limit temperature is reached and must be manually reset before the fryer can resume operation. It is intended for commercial fryer repair, maintenance and parts replacement where PP10084 fitment is required. Features include a 1/4 in NPT stuffing box/mounting nut, nickel sensing bulb and capillary, thermostat body ambient rating up to 175°F, and sensing bulb rating up to 550°F.
