The Meter Star Thermopile Generator is a precision-engineered replacement component designed specifically for Bradford White 233-47845-05 and Honeywell CS8840A1-1041 natural gas water heater systems. This complete pilot assembly serves as the critical interface between your water heater's pilot flame and its electronic control system, generating the electrical current needed to power the gas valve. The thermopile features a durable brass construction with a protective metal sheath that withstands the constant heat exposure inherent in water heater operation. The assembly includes a flexible armored cable for secure installation and comes equipped with the necessary connectors for straightforward replacement. When your water heater fails to ignite or maintain temperature, a faulty thermopile is often the culprit, and this direct-fit replacement restores functionality without requiring a complete system overhaul. Suitable for natural gas applications, this component helps ensure your water heater operates reliably and efficiently. The Meter Star Thermopile Generator provides a reliable, direct replacement for failing or damaged thermopiles in Bradford White and Honeywell natural gas water heater systems. Engineered as a precise substitute for OEM parts including Bradford White 233-47845-05, 233-47845-04, and Honeywell CS8840A1-1041, this thermopile restores proper millivolt generation to ensure your gas valve opens consistently.
